Deborah Roberts is a Licensed Massage Therapist (MA 8508), National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Post-Rehabilitation Specialist practicing in the beautiful Florida Treasure Coast for over 30 years. A community and industry leader, Debbie is writing her next books for great fun and enjoyment.
Dedicated to serving others in her field, Debbie is the owner and founder of Debbie Roberts Seminars, a C.E.U. program providing continuing education for massage therapists, personal trainers and group exercise leaders. She’s also a provider for continuing education units though the National Board of Massage, the Florida Board of Massage, National Academy of Sports Medicine, and the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA)
In addition, Debbie was instrumental in the creation of the Advance Manual Therapy Program for Indian River Community College, where she completed her undergraduate study.
As a public speaker and lecturer, Debbie is a multi-year presenter for the annual Florida State Massage Therapy Association Convention. She’s also an international author and lecturer for the National Convention on Fibromyalgia.
She is a number one best selling author on Amazon with her new book The ATM System. She was also a contributing author to Mindful Athletic Principles with her chapter "Do No Harm." All proceeds of this book go to the organization STOP!
Debbie’s motto is, “If you don’t assess, you only guess,” and her groundbreaking work in this area has helped hundreds of athletes, from football players to golfers, get back in the game.
Debbie’s own passion for golf inspired her to create a program known as “GOLFability” treating the Rotational Athlete which focuses on personalized functional training for golf pros and enthusiasts. She is a certified CHEK Practitioner in Golf Biomechanics, Certified Titleist Performance Golf fitness and Medical Level Three. She has contributed to the annual Golf Maintenance Association Meeting & Ladies Luncheon at the Willoughby Golf Course, Jupiter Island and to local LPGA workshops held in her area.
Debbie has always been devoted to helping others achieve their highest level of health and fitness. Her expertise is in the areas of neuromuscular therapy, applied kinesiology, myofascial technique, nutritional counseling and much more.
She’s devoted over 30 years as a group exercise leader and holds certifications in yoga, spin, body pump, Pilates mat and more. For the past several years Debbie has worked closely with athletes recovering from injuries and trauma.
Debbie has an innate enthusiasm for life and sports, and enjoys bodybuilding, golf, guitar, swimming, baseball, cooking, watercolor art and teaching.
