In this a 12 hour class learn the skill of manual muscle testing for the shoulder girdle, forearm, and wrist.  East will meet west in this class.  This class also includes a hands on approach to a comprehensive medical massage treatment and exercise plan for shoulder, elbow, and wrist injuries.  This skill is great for any personal trainer as well.

 In this twelve hour course 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. learn how to help your golfer, your baseball, tennis player or anyone needing great rotation from their cervical spine to their ankles.  Learn the hands on skills to apply to any sport that requires rotation.  Understand how their injuries can occur.  Be a part of the pre-habilitation as well as their rehabilitation. You can also apply this to a Publix checkout clerk, a UPS driver, etc. This will be held at Ohana Massage & Yoga Center, Jensen Beach, FL

7-13-25 In this twelve hour course 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. learn the skill of Manual Muscle testing for the entire lower extremity. This is hip, quads, hamstrings, adductors, etc.  We will discuss the eastern side of MMT and the physical therapy MMT.  We will devise a treatment plan and apply hands on therapy.  This evaluation skill helps your decision of the proper treatment or exercise plan for your client.  This class is great for personal trainers as well.

7-27-25 Twelve hour class 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.    Learn assessment and treatment strategies plans to treat common conditions affecting the SI joint, hip, and lumbar region.    Learn to recognize SI dysfunction, lumbar subluxations, or degenerative joint disease at the hip.  Learn prevention as well as rehabilitation.  We will discuss how hip and knee replacements effect the lumbar region. Learn to evaluation flexion, extension and rotation of the lumbar spine. 8-3-25  In this Twelve hour class 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. learn a cervical assessment and treatment using Medical & Neuromuscular hands on therapy for the cervical region. Learn the causes of migraine headaches, how to help tech neck with a better T-spine.  Look at the external treatment for the TMJ joint.  In this class you will also learn a  quick 5 minute assessment for the cervical and shoulder.  There will be an introduction to using the Craniocradle as a treatment tool during your session for better hand placements.  Classes are held in Jensen Beach, FL.  Location TBA

8-17-25 Learn in this twelve hour class 8:00 a.m. -8:00 p.m. the skill of helping your clients after a foot surgery or an everyday running injury.  We will discuss Achilles tendon issues, knee bursitis, plantar fasciitis and post foot surgery.   This class includes assessment, treatment plans, and a exercise plan on ow to help them stabilize.   Held in Jensen Beach, FL.-location TBA

Learn in this 12 hour class quick MMT & ROM assessment and medical massage treatment for frozen shoulder, tendonitis, shoulder impingement, post rotator cuff surgery, bursitis, and deceleration injuries.  In addition to the hands on portion you will learn to utilize  cupping, scraping and the CC for the treatment of the shoulder.
